Nichols Pottery is a Christian, family owned and operated business.  It is one of the well known and most popular names when it comes to traditional North Carolina pottery.  Nichols Pottery is best known for their home made glazes, butterscotch, cranberry and Thomas tan and their wide assortment of functional pieces that includes: pie plates, cake dishes, chicken cookers, brie bakers, mugs, soup bowls, place settings, casserole dishes, platters, trays, bowls, spiritual biblical pots and their replica Civil War Cups.  Potters Gary, Rebecca and their son Tommy do most of the turning, glazing and firing. Each piece is signed with God Bless You on the bottom.
