How do I return an item?

We take great care in packaging our pottery. However, if you find that your order has been damaged in shipping please retain all of your original packaging and notify us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. All in stock items will be replaced. If items are not in stock we will work with you to find the best replacement/substitution or make a refund.

PinehurstPottery.com wants all customers to be happy with every purchase. In the event that your purchase does not meet your expectation, you may return it to us within 14 days in the condition it was received and in the same packaging materials and we will be happy to give you a full merchandise refund, gift certificate, or merchandise exchange. Returns made after 14 days but within 30 days will receive credit for a future gallery purchase. There are no returns more than 30 days after purchase. There is no credit for shipping and handling charges and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please call 910-420-8056 to obtain the proper 'Returns' address and authorization.
